Held is the theory in Reflexology is that the foot is like a map with specific areas of the foot representing other parts of the body. Various techniques are used on the feet, calves and shins to aide in relaxing the nervous system and restore energy to the rest of the body. A warm foot soak with essential oils and foot salt scrub is also included in this treatment for added wellness benefits.

Smooth bamboo sticks -in a variety of sizes- are heated and incorporated into the massage treatment to aide with increasing nervous system relaxation, improving circulation and lymphatic drainage, alongside working through muscular/fascia-related tension which can help to restore muscle and joint function.

Reiki is an energy modality where it is viewed that the practitioner helps to facilite a channel of energy towards the recipient that can help activate natural healing. This treatment is done over clothing, with the practitioner gently placing their hands on various parts of the body while holding intentions in mind that this channeled energy help restore balance to the recepient from a holistic perspective: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

MLD or Manual Lymphatic Drainage is ideal for those experiencing increased swelling/edema in the body, or pain through such.

Light pressure is used in various slow and repetitive massage techniques to help remove accumulated stagnant lymph fluid and waste products from the body's tissues and towards the heart which works to circulate it out of the body. Deep diaphragmic breathing is also used to assist the body in this process. 

Sports massage is often viewed as mainly for athletes to assist them before, during and after sports training though much like therapeutic massage, sports massage focuses on addressing any individual's specific health and wellness goals.

The following techniques are often used in sports massage: deep tissue massage, stretching, joint manipulation and range of motion, as well as possibly more active involvement from the recipient (eg: resistance techniques with stretching or moving in different position to facilitate techniques/stretching). Sports massage can be done over the clothing or directly on the skin.
